Fee: 2.5 milions VND, not including VAT tax 10%.
 

The working content:
 

- Consulting enterprises about legal issues such as: forms of enterprises, business lines, the starting capital, enterprise’s regulations,...
 

- Setting up the legal documents, such as: drafting the charter of company, the requirement paper for issuance of a business registration Certificate.
 

- Submiting documents, registering the tax code, engraving and receiving the stamp, advertising the establishment annoucement on the newspaper.
 

- Receiving the business certification
 

- Supporting the initial legal issues and procedures for enterprises.
 

Time to perform: 1 week.

2. Establishing the branch/ the representative office at HCM city.
 

Fee: 2 millions VND, not including VAT tax 10%.
 

The working content:
 

- Consulting about : names, meeting minutes of shareholders or member board, the establishment decisions, the appointing decisions of the branch manager, the charter of the branch/representative office ...
 

-Setting up the establishment documents.
 

-Submiting documents, engraving the stamp, registering the tax code, placing an advertisement.
 

- Recieving the registration certifications.
 

Time : 1 week.

3. Amending the registered content:
 

- Including changes as: names, address, form of business, business line, capital, members, shareholders, charter...
 

Fee: 1.5 – 2.5 millions VND, not including VAT tax 10%.
 

The working content:
 

- Consulting, drafting the related minutes and decisions...
 

- Setting up the documents.
 

-Submiting the documents, engraving the new stamp, placing the ads and other related working.
 

-Receiving the results.
 

Time:1 week.

4.The enterprise dissolution.
 

Fee: 2 millions VND, not including VAT tax 10%.
 

The working content:
 

- Consulting about all legal issues relating to the enterprise’s dissolution, drafting the meeting minutes, the decisions, carrying out the procedures for assets liquidation...
 

- Setting up all documents according to the legal stipulations.
 

-Submiting, placing the ads, stopping the tax code,..
 

- Receiving the results.
 

Time: about 3 week.

5. The dissolution of the branch operation and/or, the representative office.
 

Fee: 2 millions VND, not including VAT tax 10%.
 

The working content:
 

-Consulting laws, drafting the related files and decisions.
 

-Setting up the documents, submiting them and receiving the results.
 

Time: about 2 weeks.
